February 21, 2023
Join us as we explore a selection of Rosenthal Prize winning mathematics lessons. The Rosenthal Prize is an annual prize given for innovative mathematics lessons by the National Museum of Mathematics in New York. We will discuss what makes these mathematics lessons innovative and virtually participate in some of these lesson activities. We will wrap the session up by describing how you can submit your own lesson for the Rosenthal Prize as well as some tips for making your submission stand out. We will also discuss how to apply to be part of the Rosenthal Summer Institute, a three-day, expense paid, in person opportunity to network with educators from around the country.
